Dr. Angel (Xiaoling) Huang, AP, LMT
Dr. Angel (Xiaoling) Huang comes from a family with a long tradition in Chinese medicine and herbal medicine. Growing up immersed in this healing tradition, she developed a deep understanding of holistic health and the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Dr. Huang is a Florida-licensed Acupuncture Physician (AP) and Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT). Her areas of expertise include fertility and reproductive health, cosmetic acupuncture, internal medicine, and pain management. She also has extensive experience supporting patients with metabolic and cardiovascular concerns, including blood sugar and blood pressure management.
Combining traditional Chinese medicine with individualized, patient-centered care, Dr. Huang focuses on addressing underlying patterns of imbalance while helping patients improve their overall health and well-being.
Dr. Will X. Cao, Ph. D., L.Ac.
Dr. Will (Xiongwei) Cao, Ph.D., L.Ac., is a licensed acupuncturist with deep roots in traditional Chinese medicine, a legacy passed down through generations in his family. Combining the wisdom of traditional Chinese medicine with modern clinical insight, Dr. Cao is dedicated to delivering personalized, compassionate care. His integrative approach not only alleviates discomfort but also empowers patients to achieve lasting wellness and improved quality of life. Through his commitment to both patient care and public advocacy, Dr. Cao has established himself as a trusted leader in the field of integrative medicine.
Certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM), Dr. Cao offers holistic care across a wide range of conditions, with expertise in pain management, stress and anxiety relief, digestive health, weight management, and post-cancer recovery. He also provides specialized support for senior care, addressing conditions such as dementia and Parkinson’s disease, as well as comprehensive men’s and women’s health, including hormonal balance, reproductive health, and infertility. His treatments are designed to restore vitality, enhance circulation, and support individuals and couples on their journey to improved health and family planning.
Dr. Cao serves as a board member for the Florida State Oriental Medical Association (FSOMA). He is also a member of and the American Society of Acupuncturists (ASA) and the Florida Acupuncture Association (FAA). A passionate advocate for the advancement and accessibility of acupuncture in Florida, he travels annually to Tallahassee to provide treatments to state legislators while lobbying for expanded coverage and support for acupuncture services statewide.
Beyond his clinical practice and advocacy work, Dr. Cao is deeply committed to serving the local community. He volunteers his time and expertise as an acupuncturist at Grace Medical Home, a charitable organization that provides free or low-cost healthcare services to underserved populations in the Central Florida area. Through this work, Dr. Cao helps ensure that individuals and families facing financial hardship still have access to quality, holistic care. His involvement reflects a deep belief in healthcare equity and a steadfast dedication to improving the health and well-being of his community.
